Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our London warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
